Practice Direction 4 - Applications to the Tribunal to cancel an evidence notice

Direction applies the Tribunal’s procedures to a particular class of appeals which can arise out of an investigation by the Commissioner, namely appeals to the Tribunal against an evidence notice given by the Commissioner under paragraph 5 of Schedule 10 to the Measure.
